Welcome Megan Decker, Director of Operations & Business Systems
Please join us in welcoming Megan Decker to Via as our new Director of Operations & Business Systems.
In this role, Megan will serve as a strategic operations partner, overseeing key areas including facilities, fleet, technology, communications, security systems, vendor management, capital projects, and overall operational readiness. She will play an important role in building and maintaining the infrastructure needed to support Via’s continued growth and long-term success.
Megan will also collaborate closely with agency leadership on growth initiatives, facility planning, and strategic partnerships, helping ensure Via remains well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
Congratulations to Sean Hartman, Director of Organizational Compliance & Quality
We are proud to announce the promotion of Sean Hartman to Director of Organizational Compliance & Quality.
Sean joined Via in January 2013 and has been a dedicated and valued member of our team for more than a decade. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to professional growth, service excellence, and collaboration.
As Denise Pioli, Chief Services Officer, shared, “Sean has consistently demonstrated dedication, positivity, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.” His leadership and passion for continuous improvement have had a lasting impact on both his colleagues and the individuals we serve.
In his new role, Sean will expand his influence across Via programs, helping strengthen services, support teams, advance our mission, and ensure organizational adherence to all regulatory, licensing, and contractual requirements. His expertise and dedication will be instrumental as Via continues to grow and enhance the quality of its services.
Celebrating Alivia Sinko’s Expanded Leadership Role
We are also excited to recognize the promotion of Alivia Sinko to Director of Community Employment and Small Group Employment.
Since joining Via in August 2016, Alivia has been an integral member of the organization and a passionate advocate for creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Known for her positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to support others, Alivia has earned the respect of colleagues across the agency.
In her expanded role, Alivia will take on additional responsibilities within Via’s employment services, including oversight of Small Group Employment, SourceAmerica, and UniqueSource. Her leadership will help strengthen these programs while continuing to create meaningful pathways to employment and community engagement for the individuals we support.
