The EITC program is a way for businesses to receive tax credits for making donations to approved scholarship or educational improvement organizations. Companies can then use the credits to offset their tax liability for the year in which the donation was made.

Tax Credits
Via’s greatest need is for donations for its EITC Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organization. For contributions to Educational Improvement Organizations, tax credits equal 75% of contributions up to $750,000/year and can increase to 90% if the business agrees to provide the same amount for two consecutive years.
