At Via of the Lehigh Valley, strong leadership is rooted in a shared belief that every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Few embody that commitment more fully than Michael Keller, who is serving his first year as Chairman of Via’s Board of Directors.
Mike has been a member of Via’s Board since 2016, offering thoughtful guidance and a steady dedication to the organization’s mission. His professional expertise and deep community involvement make him a natural fit for this leadership role.
As the Lehigh Valley Marketing Manager for Barry Isett & Associates, Mike helps connect clients with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that strengthen and enrich the region. His career has long centered on supporting organizations that contribute to the Lehigh Valley’s economic and cultural vitality – a throughline that aligns closely with Via’s work to build inclusive, thriving communities.
Mike’s commitment to service extends well beyond his professional life. He serves on the Advisory Board for The Salvation Army Allentown Corps and on the board of the Forum for Ethics in the Workplace, championing volunteerism, partnership, and ethical leadership across the region. He holds a B.A. in Communication from Bloomsburg University and is currently pursuing an MBA at DeSales University.
Reflecting on his time with Via, Mike shared a perspective that continues to guide his leadership: “Via’s mission… isn’t just a statement. It is lived out every day through meaningful employment, community inclusion, and lifelong support.”
We are grateful for Mike’s vision, his dedication to community impact, and his belief in the potential of every person we serve. His leadership helps ensure that Via remains a place where individuals with disabilities can build fulfilling lives and strong connections.
