Partner Success Story: St. Luke's Sports Medicine

For many years, St. Luke’s Sports Medicine has been a valued sponsor and partner of Camp Via, returning each summer to help create meaningful, memorable experiences for campers. Their team looks forward to working closely with Via staff to design a full week of engaging, inclusive activities that challenge, inspire, and support campers of all abilities.

Each July, St. Luke’s sponsors Camp Via’s highly anticipated trip to Blue Mountain – often described by campers as the highlight of the summer. There, participants test their limits on the ropes courses and experience the thrill of zip‑lining through the trees, building confidence, resilience, and pride along the way.

Beyond adventure, St. Luke’s brings wellness and education to camp through hands‑on cooking classes led by their dietitian. Campers learn healthy habits like “eating the rainbow,” while preparing vegetable pizzas to enjoy together – a fun and practical lesson in nutrition.

Campers also spend time at the St. Luke’s Sports Complex, where they participate in skills drills, dodgeball, and even learn pickleball alongside college athletes. These activities encourage teamwork, movement, and connection in an energetic and welcoming environment.

With a strong focus on community involvement, St. Luke’s values the opportunity to connect with Camp Via participants. Their ongoing support exemplifies how committed sponsors can help create inclusive experiences that empower teens to try new things, grow in confidence, and have fun – all while feeling supported every step of the way.
