Each September, Via of the Lehigh Valley proudly celebrates Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Recognition Week—a time dedicated to honoring the compassionate, committed individuals who support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities every day.
Our DSPs are the heart of our mission. They build relationships, foster independence, and help the individuals we serve live full, meaningful lives. Their work is deeply impactful, often behind the scenes, and always rooted in respect, dignity, and care.
During DSP Recognition Week, we come together to celebrate our team through a variety of appreciation activities, including a special raffle giveaway featuring donated items from generous community partners.
This celebration is more than a thank-you—it’s a reflection of the value we place on the people who make our work possible.
