The PA Department of Aging has created a helpful resource Guide For Older Adults During COVID-19.  This resource is based around the concept of Strengthening Older Lives Online which breaks down support into 3 sections:

  • Mental Strength
  • Physical Strength
  • Spiritual Strength

Each section contains tips and links to other resources to build these different types of strength. While this resource is targeted at older adults, the concepts, tools, links to other resources, and tips are great reminders for you and may be helpful to share with the people you support as we need to continue to tend to our mental, physical and spiritual health to combat COVID-19 fatigue.
