ViaWorks focuses on training and skill development for people with disabilities so they may move on to individual jobs in the community. Supervised by a ViaWorks employment consultant, ViaWorks offer a variety of job experiences including:

Guaranteed Workforce, Competitive Wages, Low Administrative Cost
Businesses receive high-quality work at competitive wages and pay an hourly rate of minimum wage plus an administrative cost for each Via consumer. In the event of an absence, another Via consumer will fill in on the ViaWorks team. Teams are paid through Via of the Lehigh Valley and ViaWorks employment consultant are paid in part by Via of the Lehigh Valley and through funding from Lehigh and Northampton counties.
ViaWorks Creates Diverse Work Environment
Businesses have the opportunity to diversify their workforce and help decrease the 75% unemployment rate of people with disabilities. In addition, businesses help people with disabilities enter the work force and help give them economic power through a real paycheck. Via supervisors are trained to help Via consumers assimilate into the business’ culture and answer any questions employers have about people with disabilities. Businesses can rely on Via of the Lehigh Valley for assistance in the interpretation and implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
