Via's dream is to embrace the inclusive model of the future. A model that focuses on what people can do, not what they can't do. People with disabilities want and can have a normal life-a life with friends, relationships, goals and responsibilities. Via offers a full array of services designed to assist adults with disabilities so that they can have a normal life. Via offers people with disabilities person-centered planning as a way of thinking about what they need and want in life and how to go about getting these things. Via helps people with disabilities identify their needs and wants and will help develop a plan to make the dream a reality.
