Come Out & Cheer the Runners On!
Much of this course is run on the Lehigh River Canal Towpath.  The best place for spectators is at the exchanges points along the course.

The times listed below are approximate times runners will pass through each exchange.

Start (9th & Hamilton, Allentown)

• 6:50 to 7:20 am

Exchange #1 (Sand Island, Bethlehem)

• 7:45 to 9:15 am

Exchange #2 (Lockhouse Road, Freemansburg Canal Park)

• 8:20 to 10:30 am

Exchange #3 (Chetwyn Park, Bethlehem Township)

• 8:50 to 11 am

Exchange #4 (Hugh Moore Park, Easton)

• 9:10 to 11:30 am

Finish (Riverside Park, Easton)

• 9:30 am to 12 pm
