  Via of the Lehigh Valley has been helping people with disabilities since 1954. When you support Via, your gift stays here, helping the people in our community. Via is committed to a mission of service to our community. We are dependent on the charitable gifts of our friends and neighbors to sustain our work and respond to the needs and choices of the children and adults we help every day.
Gifts of Cash
You may choose to contribute by writing a check to the Via Foundation, Inc. enabling Via to continue helping the children and adults we serve. You may even use your credit card to make an immediate gift. When you itemize your taxes, your gifts are fully deductible to the extent of the law. In-Kind Contributions of Goods & Services
Relevant in-kind contributions of goods and services are vital to the day to day operations of Via. In-kind and product donations provide partners a tremendous opportunity to showcase their products and services such as office supplies, oil, gas or electric utilities, cleaning services, trash removal, or advertisement space.
Planned Giving
Planned Giving refers to any substantial gift that involves financial or estate planning. It’s a creative and effective way for caring people to support causes that matter to them, often resulting in favorable tax benefits to the donor’s family and heirs. Types of gifts include charitable bequest in your will, securities, charitable gift annuity, charitable lead trust, charitable remainder trust, life insurance and real estate.
Gifts of Appreciated Securities
When you give a gift of stock to the Via Foundation, Inc., you don’t pay the capital gains tax and neither does Via. When you itemize your deductions, you are entitled to receive a charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the stock at the time you gift it.
Honor and Memorial Tributes
Gifts made to honor or memorialize a loved one are gratefully accepted and acknowledged to the individual or family. The amount of your gift can be kept confidential. Such tributes may be directed to any area of services or programs and are a heartfelt way to express your love and appreciation.
