The Via Marathon in 2007 was the first marathon in the Lehigh Valley since 1983. Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton embraced the race and turned it into a true Valley wide event. The media showcased the event for a 3–month period and provided Via the opportunity to raise awareness about the need for community-wide support for programs for people with disabilities. The LVHN Marathon benefits Via's Community Connections program, helping individuals with disabilities live and connect in the neighborhoods where they live through recreational and volunteer activities.  Help build a stronger community, a community that provides opportunities for children and adults of all ability levels, a community that provides resources to help people live, work and connect in their neighborhoods, and a community that embraces all of its members.  Learn more about all of Via's programs.
