Countdown to the Marathon:

Finish Line - Center Square, 3 rd St. & Northampton St. (Easton)

From:

• Marathon Start
• Half Marathon Start

• New York City & Northern New Jersey

From Marathon Start (Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest & I-78, Allentown)

• Come out of Lehigh Valley Hospital main entrance and turn left on Cedar Crest Blvd. at traffic light.
• Turn left onto Route I-78 E (take for 19.1 mi).
• Take exit 75 for PA-611 toward Easton/Philadelphia.
• Turn right at Morgan Hill Rd.
• Take the 1 st left onto Cedarville Rd (signs for Cedarville Rd).
• Turn left at S. Delaware Dr.
• Turn right at S. 3 rd St/PA-611.
• Continue to follow S 3 rd St.
• After driving over a bridge over the Lehigh River, t urn left into parking lot after an old Movie Theater and Perkins Restaurant and park.
• Finish line is 2 blocks up 3 rd St. at Center Square.

From Half Marathon Start (Main & Market Street, Bethlehem)

• Take Main Street north (Hotel Bethlehem should be on your left) to Union Blvd, turn left onto Union Blvd (3rd stop light).
• Turn right onto Route 378 North (1 1/2 blocks on the right).
• Take exit for Route 22 East towards Bethlehem/Easton.
• Follow Route 22 East to the 4 th St. Exit (last exit in PA).
• Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp on 4 th St.
• Follow 4 th St. for three blocks until you reach Ferry St. Turn left on Ferry St.
• The City of Easton Municipal Parking Garage ($3 flat rate until 11am, then $2/hour - please try to have exact change) is less then ½ block on the left side and comes up quickly. Look for a green parking sign on the left, across the street from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran church.
• On–street parking is also available (free on Sundays).

From Philadelphia

• Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 476) to Exit 56 (old Exit 33 – Lehigh Valley Interchange).
• Exit to Route 22 East. Follow Route 22 East to the 4 th St. Exit (last exit in PA).
• Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp on 4 th St.
• Follow 4 th St. for three blocks until you reach Ferry St. Turn left on Ferry St.
• The City of Easton Municipal Parking Garage ($3 flat rate until 11am, then $2/hour - please try to have exact change) is less then ½ block on the left side and comes up quickly.  Look for a green parking sign on the left, across the street from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran church.
• On–street parking is also available (free on Sundays).

From Harrisburg, PA and points West

• Take Interstate 81 North to Interstate 78 East. Follow Interstate 78 East to Route 22 East.
• Follow Route 22 East to the 4 th St. Exit (last exit in PA).
• Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp on 4 th St.
• Follow 4 th St. for three blocks until you reach Ferry St. Turn left on Ferry St.

• Take Interstate 380 East to Interstate 80 East to Exit 302A (Route 33 South).
• Follow Route 33 South and exit to Route 22 East. Follow Route 22 East to the 4 th St. Exit (last exit in PA).
• Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp on 4 th St.
• Follow 4 th St. for three blocks until you reach Ferry St. Turn left on Ferry St.

• Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 14. Follow I–78 West over the toll bridge into Pennsylvania.
• Take the first exit in PA exit 75 (it is marked "Easton").
• Turn right at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp on Morgan Hill Rd.
• Bear right at the next stop sign on Philadelphia Rd.
• Turn left at the next stop sign on St. John St.
• Continue on St. John St. down the hill and over the bridge at the bottom, get in the middle lane.
• Go straight through the traffic light on 3 rd St.
• Follow 3 rd St. for 1 block and turn left on Ferry St.
• The City of Easton Municipal Parking Garage ($3 flat rate until 11am, then $2/hour - please try to have exact change) is less then ½ block on the left side and comes up quickly.  Look for a green parking sign on the left, across the street from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran church.

From Southern New Jersey

• Take the New Jersey Turnpike north to Exit 10. Follow Route 287 to Exit 21 (Interstate 78).
• Follow Interstate 78 West over the toll bridge into Pennsylvania.
• Take the first exit in PA (it is marked "Easton").
• Turn right at the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp on Morgan Hill Rd.
• Bear right at the next stop sign on Philadelphia Rd.
• Turn left at the next stop sign on St. John St.
• Continue on St John St. down the hill and over the bridge at the bottom (get in the middle lane).
• Go straight through the traffic light on 3 rd St.
• Follow 3 rd St. for 1 block and turn left on Ferry St.

• Take I–95N to I–495 towards Port of Wilmington/Philadelphia.
• Merge back on to I–95N and take EXIT 7 (Plymouth Meeting).
• Merge left on I–476 (Blue Route) to I–476.
• Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 476) to Exit 56 (old Exit 33 – Lehigh Valley Interchange).
• Exit to Route 22 East. Follow Route 22 East to the 4th St. Exit (last exit in PA).
