FAQs
Walk Day & Check-In
Walk check-in is simple! Bring along any cash or check donations you have to the “Check-In” table. All donations should be accompanied with a donation form; place all donations and donation forms inside an envelope. Seal the envelope and staple your Via Family Fun Walk Registration email confirmation to the envelope and bring it with you on walk day. Volunteers will collect your envelope and give you a t-shirt. The first 250 walkers who pre-registered for the walk will receive a t-shirt. You can save time on walk day by sending in your donations ahead of time.
If you did not pre-register, please check-in at the “Register Today” table. Volunteers will ask you to complete a registration envelope. Any donations you collected may be placed in this envelope. Seal the envelope and hand it in to the volunteer. The volunteer will take the envelope, ask your shirt size and hand you a t-shirt. The first 250 walkers who pre-registered for the walk will receive a t-shirt.
Have Fun and Walk for Great Cause
Light refreshments and beverages will be provided. The Via Family Fun Walk route is wheelchair accessible, stroller friendly and leashed dogs are welcome.
 Top Fundraisers
The top Via Family Fun Walk fundraisers will receive a 18 by 24 custom framed and matted poster and additional prizes. Fundraising closes September 30 and the top fundraiser will be notified and announced through email. Your company, friends and family can support Via and you by making contributions in your name on the Friends & Family page.
Any individual raising over $500 or team raising over $1,500 will receive a 8.25 wide by 9.75 custom framed and matted poster. These high-quality, custom framed commemorative pieces honors your fundraising in this year’s event. You may have this piece customized at no cost. Your company, friends and family can support Via and you by making contributions in your name on the Friends & Family page.
 Win a Limo for Race Day
The team or individual who raises the most money by midnight (as recorded in your Fundraising Headquarters) on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 will win free limo transportation on race day. Winners will be notified on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.

On the site of the former Bethlehem Steel plant in Bethlehem, PA, SteelStacks is a re-imagination of an industrial brownfield that uses the arts to rebuild and revitalize a post- industrial, urban community. SteelStacks is an arts and cultural campus; the heart of the campus is at 1st and Founders Way, at the Air Products Town Square and the ArtsQuest Center.
