Lehigh Valley High School Basketball Hall of Fame
The Lehigh Valley High School Basketball Hall of Fame was established in 1978 and honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions to high school basketball in the Lehigh Valley. Hall of Fame induction ceremonies are held during the Via All-Star Basketball Classic banquet. The 2009 Inductees are:
- Traci Cyr | Easton High School player, class of 1986
Notre Dame Green Pond High School coach | Highest winning percentage coaching record in the Lehigh Valley
- Truman Frey | Bethlehem High School player, class of 1937
1st team All-State | Founder of Eyeglass Fund Basketball game in 1948
- Ken Lacey | Stroudsburg High School player, class of 1996
1,096 points and 647 rebounds in 2 years | 2 Mountain Valley Conference Titles
The Hall of Fame is currently taking nominations for the 2010 Induction Year.
The Lehigh Valley High School Basketball Hall of Fame is in the process of creating a virtual Hall to celebrate its members. The community is invited to share biographical information and photographs to include in the Hall of Fame.
