Via’s programs and services are available to children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities from birth to retirement. Via staff is ready to assist clients and their families with identifying funding sources, selecting appropriate activities to best serve the individual’s needs, and developing and implementing comprehensive Individual Service Plans. Attentive follow-up ensures that the clients are receiving on-going quality programming and that changing needs are met.
