Via’s Boards of Directors

Via of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for profit corporation providing services and supports for people with developmental disabilities and their families. Our service area is the greater Lehigh Valley, including Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Bucks and Delaware counties.

Via Events, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that operates two Thrift Stores and several special events activities. The proceeds of these programs benefit the services of Via of the Lehigh Valley, Inc.

Via Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation. The Foundation’s fundraising activities (quarterly appeals, grants, bequests, etc.) and income from investments are granted to Via of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. in support of programs and services for people with disabilities.

The funding support Via of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. receives from Via Events, Inc. and Via Foundation, Inc. is critical since government support through Medicaid and other sources funds only 70% of the cost of providing the quality services to our consumers. Via of the Lehigh Valley, Inc., Via Events, Inc., and Via Foundation, Inc. are each registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Charitable Organizations. IRS 990 information and annual audits are available for Via Events, Inc. and Via Foundation, Inc. and will be provided upon request.
